Delicious and easy-to-make breakfast sliders filled with creamy scrambled eggs, gooey cheese, and your choice of savory bacon or sausage.

Ingredients

  • Slider buns
  • Eggs
  • Cheese (cheddar, American, or your favorite)
  • Bacon or sausage
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the Bacon or Sausage: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon or sausage until crispy.
  3. Scramble the Eggs: In another skillet, scramble the eggs seasoned with a touch of salt and pepper.
  4. Split the Slider Buns: Carefully split the slider buns in half.
  5. Layer the Sliders: On the bottom half of each slider bun, layer it with cheese, cooked bacon or sausage, and scrambled eggs.
  6. Top with the Bun: Place the other half of the bun on top of each slider.
