Delicious breakfast sliders filled with scrambled eggs, crispy bacon or sausage, and melted cheese, perfect for brunch or family gatherings.

Ingredients

  • Mini slider buns
  • Scrambled eggs
  • Cooked bacon or sausage
  • Cheese slices (cheddar or American)
  • Butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the bacon or sausage in a skillet over medium heat until crispy.
  3. Scramble the eggs, seasoning with salt and pepper until fluffy.
  4. Slice the mini slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  5. Layer scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, and cheese on the bottom halves.
  6. Place the top halves of the buns over the fillings.
  7. Brush the tops with melted butter.
  8. Bake for about 10-12 minutes, until cheese is melted and tops are golden.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
