Delicious Breakfast Tacos filled with fluffy scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, and fresh toppings, perfect for a cozy morning.

Ingredients

  • Taco shells
  • Eggs
  • Cheese (shredded, your choice!)
  • Bacon or sausage
  • Avocado (sliced)
  • Salsa
  • Chopped onions
  • Fresh cilantro
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Sizzle your bacon or sausage in a skillet over medium heat until crispy.
  2. Whisk the eggs together in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Scramble the eggs in the skillet until fully cooked, soft, and fluffy.
  4. Warm the taco shells in another skillet or microwave until pliable.
