Delightful bite-sized puff pastry treats filled with creamy Brie cheese and sweet jam, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • ½ batch rough puff pastry or classic puff pastry (or store-bought)
  • All-purpose flour (for work surface, as needed)
  • 1 cup jam of choice (cranberry, plum, or cherry recommended)
  • 4 ounces Brie cheese, rind removed and cut into small pieces
  • 46 sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • 1 egg, whisked with 1 teaspoon of water or cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Lightly flour your work surface and roll out the pastry.
  3. Cut the puff pastry into approximately 2×2 inch squares.
  4. Add a small spoonful of jam and a piece of Brie cheese to the center of each square.
  5. Fold the corners of the pastry squares over the filling and seal.
  6. Brush the tops and edges with the egg wash.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Reheat in the oven for crispiness.
