Delicious and easy broccoli cheese patties that the whole family will love.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli, finely chopped
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Combine the chopped broccoli, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, eggs, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and onion powder in a large bowl. Mix until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into small patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add enough oil to coat the bottom.
  4. Fry the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Drain on paper towels and serve warm with dipping sauce.

Notes

For a healthier option, bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
