Crispy, golden cauliflower florets drenched in spicy buffalo sauce, perfect for game days or as a flavorful snack.

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Celery sticks and ranch dressing for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Mix the flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, and salt to create a smooth batter.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter to coat.
  4. Place the battered florets on a lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  6. Toss the baked cauliflower with buffalo sauce and olive oil until well coated.
  7. Return the coated florets to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  8. Serve with celery sticks and ranch dressing for dipping.

Notes

For extra crunch, consider broiling for the last few minutes. Substitute all-purpose flour for almond flour or chickpea flour for a gluten-free option.
