Crispy and spicy buffalo cauliflower wings, perfect for game nights or cozy gatherings.

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter (optional)
  • Celery sticks and ranch dressing for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together the flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to create a smooth batter.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it’s well coated.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the florets are golden brown and crispy.
  5. Mix the buffalo sauce with melted butter if using.
  6. Toss the cauliflower in the buffalo sauce until nicely coated.
  7. Return the sauced cauliflower to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  8. Serve hot with celery sticks and ranch dressing.

Notes

For a gluten-free version, substitute all-purpose flour with a gluten-free blend. Adjust spices to suit your taste.
