Crispy and spicy buffalo cauliflower wings, perfect for game nights or as a tasty snack.

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Celery sticks for serving
  • Ranch or blue cheese dressing for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
  3. Mix flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt until smooth.
  4. Dip the cauliflower florets into the batter, ensuring they are fully coated.
  5. Place the battered cauliflower on the baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
  6. Combine buffalo sauce and olive oil in a separate bowl.
  7. Remove cauliflower from the oven and toss it in the buffalo sauce mixture.
  8. Return the cauliflower to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  9. Serve hot with celery sticks and your choice of dressing.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Reheat in the oven to retain crispiness.
