A comforting Buffalo Chicken Cheese Bake that combines creamy cheeses with spicy buffalo sauce, perfect for gatherings and cozy dinners.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the cooked shredded chicken with the buffalo sauce, softened cream cheese, and half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  3. Stir until the mixture is well combined, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Top with the remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheese, and sprinkle on the blue cheese crumbles if using.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for best results.
