A decadent twist on the classic grilled cheese sandwich, featuring spicy buffalo chicken and melted cheddar for a comforting yet bold flavor experience.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup cooked buffalo chicken (shredded)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • Optional: ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • Optional: sliced pickles or jalapeños

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  2. Layer the shredded buffalo chicken, followed by the shredded cheddar cheese, and dollops of cream cheese on the non-buttered side of one slice.
  3. Add ranch or blue cheese dressing and sliced pickles or jalapeños if desired.
  4. Assemble the sandwich with the other slice of bread on top, buttered side facing out.
  5. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  6. Serve warm, sliced in half, and enjoy!

Notes

Customize with your favorite cheeses or spices. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
