A delightful twist on classic mac and cheese, combining creamy textures and the bold flavors of buffalo chicken.

  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat and add milk and cream cheese. Stir until smooth.
  3. Add buffalo wing sauce and shredded cheddar cheese, mixing until melted and well combined.
  4. Combine the cooked macaroni and shredded chicken, mixing until everything is coated.
  5. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
  6. Bake in a baking dish (if desired) at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes.
  7. Finish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes
