Crispy taquitos filled with spicy buffalo chicken and cheese, perfect for game day or a quick snack.

  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • Cooking spray
  • Optional toppings: sour cream, green onions, celery

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce in a bowl until well combined.
  3. Prepare each tortilla by placing some of the buffalo chicken mixture in the center and sprinkling with shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. Roll the tortillas tightly around the filling, tucking in the sides.
  5. Arrange the taquitos seam side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Spray the tops with cooking spray for a crispy texture.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
  8. Serve with optional toppings like sour cream, chopped green onions, or crunchy celery.
