A crispy, spicy wrap filled with tender chicken tossed in zesty buffalo sauce, fresh veggies, and creamy ranch dressing, perfect for lunch or a snack.

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Mix the cooked shredded chicken with the buffalo sauce until well coated.
  2. Lay out the flour tortillas on a flat surface.
  3. Divide the buffalo chicken mixture among the tortillas.
  4. Top each tortilla with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, cheddar cheese, and a drizzle of ranch dressing.
  5. Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll up tightly to form the wraps.
  6. Slice in half and serve with extra ranch dressing on the side.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. For best results, keep the chicken mixture and veggies separate from the wraps.
