Delicious buffalo chicken wraps that are perfect for game day or any casual gathering.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Mix the chicken with buffalo sauce in a large bowl until well coated.
  2. Prepare the tortillas on a flat surface.
  3. Assemble the wraps by layering lettuce, buffalo chicken mixture, diced tomatoes, blue cheese, and ranch dressing in the center of each tortilla.
  4. Roll it up tightly, folding in the sides to secure the filling.
  5. Slice in half and serve immediately.

Notes

For a healthier option, use whole wheat or spinach tortillas. You can also substitute the blue cheese with feta or omit it.
