Indulge in sweet and succulent lobster meat poached in rich butter, enhanced with lemon and garlic for an elegant centerpiece.

  • 2 Lobster Tails (fresh or properly thawed if frozen)
  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter (or ghee for dairy-free)
  • As needed Water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 2 cloves Garlic ( minced)
  • As desired Fresh Herbs (thyme, rosemary)

Instructions

  1. Thaw the lobster tails if using frozen ones.
  2. Melt the butter in a large pot over low heat.
  3. Infuse the flavor by adding salt and lemon juice.
  4. Prepare the lobster by cutting the tails lengthwise.
  5. Poach the lobster tails in warm butter for 8-10 minutes.
  6. Rest the lobster for one minute after poaching.
  7. Drizzle with melted butter and garnish.
