A vibrant and creamy Cajun Shrimp Pasta that brings the bold flavors of Louisiana to your dinner table.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces fettuccine or pasta of choice
  • 1 pound shrimp, deveined
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté the onion and bell pepper in olive oil until softened.
  3. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Sprinkle the Cajun seasoning over the shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and stir in the Parmesan cheese until combined.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing everything well.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra creaminess, add a splash of cream when reheating leftovers. Feel free to adjust spice levels to your preference.
