  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet.
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet along with the Cajun seasoning and sauté until pink and cooked through, approximately 3-4 minutes. Remove the shrimp and set aside.
  4. Sauté the minced garlic in the same skillet for about 1 minute until fragrant.

  6. Toss the cooked fettuccine, shrimp, and Parmesan cheese into the skillet with the sauce.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
