Delicious cheesecake bars combining creamy cheesecake, tender apples, and sweet caramel, perfect for any autumn gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups diced apples
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix together the graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup of sugar, and melted butter. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add in 1 cup of sugar and the vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Fold in the diced apples and cinnamon into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the prepared crust, spreading it evenly.
  7. Drizzle the caramel sauce on top, then swirl it through the batter with a knife.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the center is set.
  9. Cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least 2 hours.

Notes

Serve with whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an extra special touch.
