Rich and creamy Caramel Apple Cheesecake Bars with a buttery graham cracker crust, perfect for fall gatherings.

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups chopped apples
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined, then press into the bottom of the pan.
  3. Beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar together until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add the eggs and vanilla, mixing until combined.
  5. Fold in the chopped apples and cinnamon.
  6. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and spread evenly. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
  7. Cool completely, then drizzle with caramel sauce before slicing into bars.
