A healthier twist on pizza featuring a delicious cauliflower crust that’s packed with flavor and easy to customize.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Toppings of your choice (e.g., marinara sauce, vegetables, more cheese)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Remove the leaves and stem from the cauliflower, then cut it into florets.
  3. Pulse the florets in a food processor until they resemble rice.
  4. Microwave the riced cauliflower for about 5-6 minutes and let it cool.
  5. In a bowl, mix the cooled cauliflower with mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  6. Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet into a pizza shape.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until it’s golden and crispy.
  8. Add your desired toppings and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  9. Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Notes

Squeeze out excess moisture from the riced cauliflower to avoid a mushy crust. Feel free to swap in your favorite cheese or herbs.
