A delicious and healthier alternative to traditional pizza with a crispy cauliflower crust.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 medium cauliflower head
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Toppings of choice (e.g., tomato sauce, vegetables, more cheese)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Remove the leaves and stem from the cauliflower and cut it into florets.
  3. Pulse the cauliflower in a food processor until it resembles rice.
  4. Steam the riced cauliflower until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Squeeze out excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel.
  6. Combine the cauliflower, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  7. Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, shaping it into a pizza crust.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Add your desired toppings and return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes.
  10. Slice your pizza and enjoy every cheesy bite!

Notes

Make sure to squeeze as much moisture out of the cauliflower as possible for a crispy crust. You can customize the cheese and toppings to your preference.
