A delicious and healthy alternative to traditional pizza, featuring a crispy cauliflower crust packed with flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium cauliflower, riced
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Toppings of choice (e.g., tomato sauce, vegetables, extra cheese)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Rice the cauliflower using a food processor or box grater. Microwave for 5-7 minutes until soft.
  3. Squeeze out excess moisture with a clean kitchen towel.
  4. Combine riced cauliflower, mozzarella, parmesan, egg, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  5. Form the cauliflower mixture into a round pizza crust on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Add sauce and toppings of choice.
  8. Return to the oven for an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted.

Notes

Properly draining the cauliflower is key for a crispy crust. Pre-riced cauliflower is also available to cut down on prep time.
