A nostalgic twist on the classic cheeseburger, combining juicy ground beef and crispy French fries topped with melted cheddar cheese.

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 20 oz frozen French fries
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and generously grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook the ground beef with the diced onion and minced garlic in a large skillet over medium heat until browned.
  3. Drain any excess fat, then add the ketchup, yellow mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Spread the frozen French fries evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  5. Spoon the beef mixture over the fries in an even layer.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese generously over the top of the beef layer.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the fries are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
  8. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes
