Delicious and juicy cheeseburger sliders that are perfect for gatherings or game day, featuring melted cheddar and customizable toppings.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Slider buns
  • Pickles (optional)
  • Mustard and ketchup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix in a large bowl the ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, diced onions, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into small patties, slightly smaller than your slider buns.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the patties on it.
  5. Bake for about 15-20 minutes until cooked through and cheese is melted.
  6. Assemble your sliders by placing a patty on each bun and adding desired toppings.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days; reheat in the oven to maintain flavor.
