A nostalgic cheesecake recipe that’s simple to make and perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter in a medium bowl. Press this mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla extract together until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
  5. Mix in the sour cream and flour until just combined.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  7. Bake for 55-70 minutes or until the center is set but still wobbly.
  8. Cool in the pan before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
  9. Slice into pieces and serve chilled.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for better mixing. Don’t skip the chilling time for the best texture.
