Indulge in classic Cheesy Meatball Subs packed with juicy meatballs, rich marinara, and gooey mozzarella, perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 8 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 4 hoagie rolls
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, egg, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well and form into meatballs.
  3. Heat the marinara sauce in a pan over medium heat and gently place the meatballs in the sauce. Simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Slice the hoagie rolls open lengthwise and place the meatballs inside, topping with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
  5. Arrange the subs on a baking sheet and bake for approximately 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy the cheesy aroma!
