A creamy, dreamy dessert perfect for hot summer days that requires no cooking and is packed with nutrients.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond milk (or any plant-based milk)
  • 12 tablespoons maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Toppings of choice (berries, peanut butter, chocolate, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients.
  2. Blend everything together in a blender until mixed well.
  3. Pour the mixture into mason jars or containers.
  4. Chill and thicken in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
