A comforting Chicken Alfredo dish made with fettuccine pasta, tender chicken, and a rich creamy sauce that brings loved ones together.

  • 1 pound fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine by boiling a large pot of water. Cook according to package instructions until al dente. Once done, drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté the chicken in a large skillet with olive oil over medium heat until it’s browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream, lowering the heat to a gentle simmer, and stir to combine.
  5. Mix in the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring continuously until melted and the sauce is smooth.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Combine the cooked fettuccine in the skillet, tossing it until fully coated in the sauce.
  8. Serve immediately, garnishing with fresh parsley.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute half-and-half for heavy cream and reduce the cheese. Add vegetables like broccoli or sun-dried tomatoes for extra flavor.
