A comforting bowl of rich and creamy Chicken Alfredo that brings warmth and satisfaction to any meal.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Once cooked to al dente, drain and set aside.
  2. Melt the butter in a large pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about a minute, until fragrant.
  3. Pour the heavy cream into the pan with the garlic. Stir gently and bring the mixture to a simmer.
  4. Add the grated Parmesan cheese to the sauce, stirring continuously until it melts into the cream.
  5. Add the cooked chicken and fettuccine to the pan, tossing to coat every piece in the Alfredo sauce.
  6. Sprinkle in salt and pepper to taste and give everything one final toss.
  7. Serve hot, garnishing each plate with chopped parsley.

Notes

Pasta cooking tip: Reserve some pasta water to lighten the sauce if it thickens too much.
