  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • Croutons for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix the ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Spread the chicken mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, shaping it into a pizza crust.
  4. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is cooked through and golden brown.
  5. Toss the chopped romaine with Caesar dressing and lemon juice.
  6. Remove the crust from the oven and layer the Caesar salad on top.
  7. Add halved cherry tomatoes and croutons on top of the salad layer.
