A delightful flatbread topped with shredded chicken, cherry tomatoes, and melted mozzarella, drizzled with balsamic glaze and fresh basil.

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces flatbread
  • 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup sliced fresh mozzarella
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush the flatbreads with the garlic oil.
  4. Add shredded chicken, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced mozzarella on top.
  5. Bake in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
  6. Drizzle balsamic glaze over the flatbreads.
  7. Sprinkle chopped fresh basil on top before serving.
