A delightful Chicken Caprese Flatbread topped with juicy chicken, fresh mozzarella, vibrant cherry tomatoes, and fragrant basil, perfect for quick weeknight dinners or casual gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 flatbread
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the flatbread.
  4. Add shredded chicken, mozzarella slices, and halved cherry tomatoes on top.
  5. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Top with fresh basil leaves and drizzle with balsamic glaze.

Notes

For a vegetarian option, omit the chicken and add more veggies. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to two days.
