A flavorful, protein-packed alternative to traditional pizza featuring a chicken crust topped with pepperoni and cheese.

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoni
  • Additional mozzarella cheese for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Combine the ground chicken, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt until well mixed.
  3. Shape the chicken mixture into a circular shape on a lined baking sheet, about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Bake the crust for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Spread the pizza sauce over the baked crust.
  6. Add the pepperoni and sprinkle with additional mozzarella cheese.
  7. Melt the cheese by returning it to the oven for another 10-15 minutes.
  8. Cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Serve with a fresh salad or steamed veggies. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
