A comforting and delicious classic chicken salad, perfect for picnics and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 cup grapes
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the chicken breasts until golden brown and fully cooked. Let cool and dice into small pieces.
  2. Chop the celery into small, crunchy pieces.
  3. Halve the grapes and rinse them.
  4. Combine the diced chicken, chopped celery, and halved grapes in a mixing bowl.
  5. Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper to the mixture.
  6. Mix everything together until well-coated.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes
