A quick and delicious chicken stir fry with vibrant vegetables and a savory soy sauce blend.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: sesame seeds or green onions

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat until it shimmers invitingly.
  2. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the pan, sautéing until fragrant, about a minute.
  3. Cook the chicken breast, season with salt and pepper, cooking until no longer pink in the center.
  4. Toss in the broccoli and sliced carrots, stirring occasionally for 5-7 minutes, until tender yet crisp.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and stir well to ensure all ingredients are coated.
  6. Let it cook for another minute until everything is heated through.
  7. Serve hot, optionally topped with sesame seeds or green onions.
