Juicy sirloin steak cubes marinated in chimichurri sauce, grilled with vibrant bell peppers and onions for a flavorful outdoor barbecue experience.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cup chimichurri sauce
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into squares
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into squares
  • 1 onion, cut into squares
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Wooden or metal skewers

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Combine the steak cubes with chimichurri sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl and let it marinate.
  3. Thread the marinated steak, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and onion onto skewers.
  4. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally.
  5. Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving hot.

Notes

These skewers are great with a fresh green salad or served alongside grilled corn. Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
