  • 2 ribeye steaks
  • 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the steaks by sprinkling both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. Prepare the chimichurri sauce by mixing parsley, garlic, olive oil, red wine vinegar, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
