Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  2. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Gently fold in the crushed strawberries.
  4. Spoon the cheesecake mixture into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
  6. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
