A rich and indulgent cheesecake capturing the festive flavors of eggnog, perfect for holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup eggnog
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a medium bowl, mixing well.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. Beat the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
  5. Add the eggnog, eggs, vanilla extract, nutmeg, and cinnamon, mixing until smooth.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 55 to 60 minutes until the center is set but slightly jiggly.
  7. Chill at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

For a vegan option, substitute eggnog with a non-dairy alternative. Consider adding a splash of rum for an adult twist.
