  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
  3. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth.
  5. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Stir in the vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt.
  7. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust and spread it evenly.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the center is set.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
  10. Once cooled, spread a layer of sour cream over the top.
  11. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before slicing into bars.
  12. Dust with cinnamon sugar before serving.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is softened for easier mixing. You can substitute sour cream for Greek yogurt for a tangier flavor.
