A vibrant and delicious Cobb salad featuring fresh ingredients like crunchy romaine, crispy bacon, and creamy avocado.

Ingredients

  • 1 head Romaine lettuce
  • 4 strips Bacon
  • 2 Hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 Avocado
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup Blue cheese
  • 1 cup Grilled chicken
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon until crispy, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Hard-boil the eggs, peel, and chop.
  3. Dice the avocado and tomatoes.
  4. Grill the chicken breast and slice it.
  5. Layer the chopped romaine lettuce in a large bowl.
  6. Arrange the bacon, hard-boiled eggs, avocado, tomatoes, blue cheese, and grilled chicken on top of the salad.
  7. Drizzle with olive oil and red wine vinegar, and season with salt and pepper.
  8. Toss everything together just before serving.

Notes

For the best texture, keep the dressing separate until you’re ready to eat. Squeeze lemon juice over diced avocado to prevent browning.
