Delicious baked donuts filled with a creamy cheesecake surprise and bursting with fresh peach flavors.

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup peaches, diced
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon butter, for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan with butter.
  2. Combine the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Whisk together the buttermilk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in the diced peaches.
  6. Fill the greased donut pan with the batter.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.
  8. Cool the donuts in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  9. Mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and cinnamon until smooth.
  10. Fill each donut with the cream cheese mixture and serve fresh.
