Instructions

  1. Preheat the skillet or grill over high heat.
  2. Prepare the ground beef by dividing it into equal portions, approximately 4 ounces each, and season generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Smash the beef balls on the skillet with a spatula to form patties, creating a crust.
