½ head of cabbage
2 large carrots
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons vinegar (apple cider or white)
1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions
Shred the vegetables: Chop the cabbage into quarters, remove the core, then finely shred it. Peel and either grate or julienne the carrots, then combine in a mixing bowl.
