A comforting pasta dish infused with smoky garlic butter, tender chicken, and a hint of sweetness from honey, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 8 oz penne or linguine pasta
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: red pepper flakes, chopped parsley, grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain.
  2. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. In the same skillet, add the chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, around 6-7 minutes per side.
  4. Pour in the soy sauce and honey. Let it simmer for a few minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Add the drained pasta to the skillet, mixing in the reserved pasta water until well coated with the sauce.
  6. Serve the pasta warm, topped with parsley and Parmesan cheese if desired.

Notes
