A delicious, no-bake cheesecake that combines rich cream cheese filling with cookie dough pieces and a graham cracker crust.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1 cup cookie dough pieces
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Create the crust: In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  2. Prepare the creamy filling: In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Then fold in whipped cream and cookie dough pieces.
  3. Assemble the cheesecake: Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan, spreading it evenly.
  4. Top with chocolate chips: Sprinkle chocolate chips generously over the top.
  5. Chill and serve: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set. Carefully remove the cheesecake from the pan, slice, and serve.

Notes

For a firmer cheesecake, let it chill overnight. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
