  • 1 cup oats
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Salt to taste
  • Butter or oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Blend the ingredients: In a blender, combine the cottage cheese, oats, eggs, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth.
  2. Prepare the pan: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little butter or oil.
  3. Pour the batter: Pour 1/4 cup of the batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
  4. Flip and cook until golden: Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on both sides.
