  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix the softened butter with minced garlic, parsley, chives, smoked paprika, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Shape the butter into a log or place it in a container and refrigerate until firm.
  3. Season the ribeye steaks generously with salt and pepper, allowing their natural flavors to shine.
