  • 8 oz beef salami slices
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, green onions, parsley, olives, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well blended.
  2. Lay a slice of salami flat on a clean surface.
  3. Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture over the salami.
  4. Starting from one edge, roll the salami tightly around the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Repeat with the remaining slices of salami.
  6. Slice the rolls into bite-sized pieces and serve as appetizers.
