These bite-sized Ham and Pickle Roll-ups with Cream Cheese are a delightful snack, perfect for gatherings and luncheons.

Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp cream cheese (softened)
  • 4 slices ham (thin rectangular slices)
  • 4 small dill pickles

Instructions

  1. Spread about 1 Tbsp of softened cream cheese on each slice of ham, leaving approximately a 1/2″ edge on all sides of the ham.
  2. Place the pickle at one end of the ham slice covered with cream cheese.
  3. Roll the pickle and ham into a log shape, making sure the cream cheese holds everything in.
  4. Slice the ham and pickle roll-ups into 1″ pieces.

Notes

These roll-ups can be paired with crunchy carrot sticks, celery, or mustard. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 2-3 days.
